For the price, the property works for me. It's generally quiet. No roaches. No bums hanging out. No smell of weed. All the employees are friendly. If you need something like towels, soap, etc, they'll get it for you. Wi-Fi is usable. Breakfast is ok. It's not perfect. But miles ahead of other properties in the area that charge around the same price.
Have you ever heard you get what you pay for? The staff was super friendly. The lobby was nice and clean. The breakfast was great!! My room had some upgrades. You can tell its an older building. But it was ok overall.
We stayed here before when it was Red Roof - we love the location! It's safe, close to the interstate, close to restaurants, but we did notice a difference since it became Clarion Pointe - our room was very clean, has been updated, and the bed was super comfy! The breakfast could have been better, but for a pet friendly hotel and all the other improvements, I'm surprised the ratings aren't better. We will definitely stay again.
Very friendly staff and clean rooms! The recently remodeled the entire hotel and it looks great. The owner even came out and met us during breakfast and he is a great guy!
Picked this hotel after reading multiple çurrent hotel reviews for this area, It's a good stop for an overnight stay for the price. clean rooms, the place is still remodeling rooms. New TV turned on but didn't work, new shower valve is backwards, hot is cold, cold is hot. Basic continental breakfast. Rooms
Room was clean, comfortable and contemporary and looked like what was pictured, but was a bit austere. There was no hair dryer or iron. The shower leaked a bit and there was no vending. A good deal, still. Better than Econo lodge & Red Roof Inn by far. Decent if you're thrifty.
This hotel is great!! Room service, customer service and always available for the guest!! Definitely a 5 star for me!!!
Hotel renovated. Staff cordial. Close to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean. No complaints! Great breakfast. Reasonable price. My only complaint is nowhere to hang clothes. I had to use the shower curtain rod. I would stay here again.
